Deposited funds are non-refundable after project delivery if the initial design concepts are approved or changes are requested. Refunds may only be issued if AHY Solutions cancels or terminates your contract for reasons unrelated to your breach or non-performance.

AHY Solutions provides domain and hosting services with certain website packages. Email accounts are included but will not be available if the website is hosted elsewhere.
Design files will be delivered via your account on the agreed-upon date. An email notification will be sent upon delivery. Customized orders are delivered via email within 5-7 days of placing the order. Rush delivery options are available for an additional fee.
We maintain records of all finalized designs. Should you need the files again, they can be re-sent upon request.
